In spiritual warfare, “arrows” symbolize satanic attacks launched against people’s lives. The enemy can send arrows in various forms:
- Accidents and Disasters
- Sudden Terminal Illnesses
- Witchcraft and Spiritual Attacks
- Premature Death of Loved Ones
- Mental Oppression Leading to Self-Harm
- Strange and Unexplainable Deaths
The Bible warns us about these unseen dangers but also reassures us of God’s protection:

Heavenly Father,
I come before You with humility and boldness, acknowledging that You are the giver and sustainer of life. Thank You for the gift of life and for Your countless mercies that protect me daily. Lord, I lift myself, my family, and my loved ones into Your hands, asking for divine covering and protection from every arrow of sudden death.
1. Breaking the Power of Death
Lord, I declare that death has no power over me or my household, for Your Word says:
“I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.” — Psalm 118:17 (KJV)
By the blood of Jesus, I cancel every satanic decree of premature death. Every evil covenant or pronouncement against my life is broken in Jesus’ name! I nullify every demonic timeline set for my destruction and declare that I will fulfill my God-ordained days on earth.
2. Divine Protection from Every Evil Arrow
Father, Your Word promises that no weapon formed against me shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). I stand on this promise and command every arrow of sudden death fired against me or my family to backfire in Jesus’ name. Whether the arrow comes by day or night, from near or far, it shall not touch me!

Father, I ask for Your angels to encamp around me wherever I go. I cover my travels, my home, my workplace, and every step I take with the blood of Jesus. No accident, tragedy, or disaster shall befall me, for You are my refuge and fortress.

I declare that every hidden trap of the enemy is exposed and destroyed. Every conspiracy of darkness to cut my life short is shattered. The blood of Jesus speaks better things over me — I am preserved, and my destiny is secured!

Lord, I pray for divine health and healing over my body, soul, and spirit. Any sickness or disease fashioned to bring sudden death is uprooted in Jesus’ name. I speak life to every cell, organ, and system in my body.

I decree that I will live a long, fruitful, and purpose-filled life. My years will not be cut short, and my days will be filled with testimonies of Your goodness and grace.
